The province of Chahar Mahal Va Bakhtiyari owing to its geographical mountainous and forest characteristics is one of the most suitable areas for wildlife habitat. The most famous wild species are Sable, wild Goat, wild Sheep, Gazelle or Musk Deer, Leopard, Bear (brown), Wolf, Boar, Fox, Partridge and varieties of Ducks besides a few species of birds.
