Iran to make Shakibaei documentary
The veteran Iranian actor Jamshid Mashayekhi is scheduled to make a documentary in memory of the late movie star Khosrow Shakibaei.
“Khosrow was an old friend of mine and I want to do everything in my power to help his memory live on,” said Jamshid Mashayekhi, who will also be the film's narrator.
The three-section 95-minute film will feature Shakibaei's filmography, the social aspects of his works and interviews with other artists about the late actor's life and works.
The 64-year-old, Khosrow Shakibaie, died of a heart attack on July 18, 2008 in Tehran.
