Why is it necessary to look for your own faults?

The best manifestation of proper education and wisdom is finding own faults. Meaning human being is able to sink into his/her own deep thoughts, tendencies, deeds and promises and find own faults, point at them and remove them from himself/herself. Expecting human being not to make mistakes is wrong, human being is expected to make mistakes but it must be expected that he/she does not repeat the same mistakes. Human being must recognise his/her mistakes and make sure that they are not repeated.
