Why some wrong deeds look attractive to some people?
In Ayahs 18 and 83 of Surah Al-Yusuf, Ya’aqoob’s saying to his children means, a shameful act appears to be nice. There are people who spend their Haram earnings for charitable purposes and think they are doing good deeds. One day a person stole 4 things from a shop and gave them to a poor person. Then he said: I stole four things and gave them to a poor person and according to Qur’an; I will be rewarded 10 times for each one of them, I have stolen 4 things which will be deducted from my rewards and therefore I have gained 36 rewards! This type of calculation is to portray an ugly act, nice. According to Ayah 27 of Surah Al-Maedah, rewards are for pious people not for thieves. This type of negative thinking is from Satan who tries to make attractive the false actions as mentioned in Ayah 48 of Surah Al-Anfaal.
