University of Sharjah Library

The University of Sharjah maintains two libraries for separate use by men and the women students. The libraries are located respectively in (M2) in the men campus and (W2) in the women's side. Each library contains a growing collection for study and research in all subjects offered by the university colleges. All library services are fully automated using OLIB system. The primary mission of the library is to support the teaching and research activities of the university community. It endeavors to build an outstanding collection of information sources -print and electronic- to meet the needs of UOS instructional and research programs, and the community at large. It seeks to promote the use of information and communication technologies to be in full harmony with the university electronic environment and the global developments in this area.
