Iran moves up in FIFA rankings
Iran climbed two places to 58th in the latest FIFA monthly rankings released by world football's governing body.Iran moved two places up and rose to 58th place with 543 points.
The Persians stay at fifth place among the Asian teams.
Asian giant, Japan, has dropped seven positions to 28 but still remain top of Asia. The Blue Samurais are trailed by Australia, South Korea and Uzbekistan, who are at the 37th, 38th and 57th spot respectively.
Spain remains the top-ranked team in world football, with Bhutan, the Turks and Caicos Islands and San Marino in joint last place with zero ranking points.
