KETABAL TAHARA (4 VOLUMES)
This is a work that has discourses relating to Tahara (= cleanliness), it is a chapter of Fiqh or jurisprudence written by Imam Khomeini in 4 volumes in the Arabic language, between the years 1373 to 1377 ahl=1333 to 1337 ahs= 1954-1958. It is penned in the argumentative and jurisprudential style. Two volumes of this book were printed in Qum in 1367 a.hl. And the other two were printed at Najaf in 1389 ahl. Total pages 1202.

ADDENDUM TO ORVATUL VOSQA
This book is Imam Khomeinis margine comments on the entire issues of the book Orvatul Vosqa, the well known work of Grand Ayatullah Seyyed Muhammad Kazim Tabatabai Yazdi; Written in the year 1375 ahl (=1335 ahs=1956). The book contains Imam Khomeinis decrees on various jurisprudential problems. It has had several printings, so far, both, as an independent work and as an addendum to the Orvatul Vosqa.

MAKASIB MUHARRAMA (2 VOLUMES)
This is a jurisprudential work on argumentative (estedlali) fiqh about the various types of interdicted occupations and related issues, by Imam Khomeini. This book was written in Arabic, between the years 1377 to 1380 ahl (= 1337-1340 ahs=1958-1961). It was printed in 1381 ahl in two volumes with a total of 612 pages. This book contains interesting discussions about decrees concerning music, singing, painting and sculpture.

ADDENDUM TO WASILATAUL NEJAT
This is a marginal commentary by Imam Khomeini. It contains his fiqh decrees written as marginal comments on the book wasilatul Nejat (Practical Treatise) by grand Ayatullah Seyyed Abulhasan Isfahani.

THE NEJATUL EBAD TREATISE
This treatise contains Imam Khomeinis jurisprudential decrees, It is written in Farsi, apparently in 3 volumes. Volume 2 of the book was printed in Qum in 1380 ahl(=1340 ahs=1961).

ADDENDUM TO THE TREATISE ON INHERITANCE
This book is a marginal commentary containing the Imams fiqh decrees on inheritance, as an addendum to the Treatise on Inheritance by the late Haj Mulla Hashem Khorasani, author of the Muntakhabul Tavarikh. It was printed in Farsi together with the original Treatise in Qum (date of publication not definite, apparently after 1340(= 1961).

RECITATION OF LESSONS ON PRINCIPLES BY AYATULLAH ALOZMA BORUJERDI
In this work Hazrat Imam has recited, by his own words in Arabic, the lectures of Ayatullah Borujerdi. Research and printing of this work is underway for the first time by the Institute For Compilation and Publication of the Works of Imam Khomeini.

TOZIHUL MASAYEL (PRACTICAL TREATISE)
This book contains Imam Khomeinis decrees on the various chapters of fiqh, in Farsi. It is regarded as the Imams practical treatise and has been used for reference by his followers. Millions of copies of it in the form of complete practical treatise or selections or by subject indices have been printed and published before and after the triumph of the Revolution, by different publishers.

MANASIK UL HAJJ
This is Imam Khomeinis decrees in respect of the various Hajj pilgrimage and related ceremonies. Last printing: 1370 ahs (= 1991), 272 p.p., by the Institute for compilation and publication of the works of Imam Khomeini.
