Iran Wants UNSC Resolution against Israel
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Tuesday asked the UN Security Council to issue a decisive resolution against Israel to stop the Zionist regime from committing further crimes.
"I ask the UN Security Council member states to put Zionist regime's crimes on their agenda and to take the Zionists' hands off (committing) further crimes through a decisive resolution," Ahmadinejad said during a tour of the western province of Ilam today.
"If they want the Security Council to keep its position in the world, the scene is set for their test today," the President added.
Ahmadinejad also stated that the Zionist regime of Israel plans to launch another massive war against Gaza, and warned "Committing crimes is enough after 65 years (since the formation of Israel) and I warn you that if you dare to commit a crime against anywhere, including Gaza, the regional nations' storm of wrath will uproot you."
The Iranian President also warned Israeli supporters and allies that their continued support for the Zionist regime would mean complicity in all the crimes committed by the regime and would eventually lead to their trial by the world nations.
Ahmadinejad's comments came a day after Israeli commandos stormed an aid convoy sailing to the Gaza Strip in international waters more than 150km (90 miles) off the coast of Gaza early Monday morning, killing 20 human rights activists and injuring 50 more.
